I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership's service department has been extremely disappointing. I brought my 2019 Honda in for an A/C issue and was charged $234.95 for dia this dealership's service department has been extremely disappointing. I brought my 2019 Honda in for an A/C issue and was charged $234.95 for diagnostics. I was later presented with an estimate of approximately $3,800 in repairs. My concern is not simply the repair cost—it's that despite multiple requests, I have been unable to obtain a clear explanation of what diagnostic procedures were actually performed or the objective basis for the diagnosis. I requested items such as the diagnostic report, leak test results, refrigerant readings, voltage testing, and technician findings. In response, I was repeatedly told many of these were "N/A," while also being informed that multiple components had internally failed. The explanations I received changed over time and were often inconsistent, making it very difficult to understand what I was actually paying for. The most frustrating part has been the communication. The Service Director promised to follow up with me and never did. Questions were often answered with vague or incomplete responses, and I frequently felt that straightforward requests for documentation were being avoided. I understand that mechanical failures happen and that diagnoses can be complex. What I do not understand is paying for a diagnostic service and then struggling for weeks to obtain a clear explanation of the findings. At this point, I am still waiting for complete documentation and a satisfactory resolution. More

Andy got us the value we wanted for our trade in as well as great incentives and we drove off the lot with our new Honda Pilot. Andy and Doug took the stress out of the equation completely. I just purchased my first Honda. I was referred to Piazza of Springfield by a friend and he highly recommended speaking with Frank Crinite. I entered the showroom and was instantly greeted by another gentleman named Frank who quickly introduced me to Frank Crinite. I was originally interested in the CR-V, but quickly realized it was not what I needed. Although a great ride, it wasn’t the space I was looking for with a family of five. I had been looking at car from another manufacturer and was ready to leave and go to the dealership where that car was when Frank pointed out a car on the showroom floor and said “how about this one?” I said it was more than I wanted to spend and he said not if I leased it. However, due to my driving habits, leasing has always been out of the question. Until now! Frank was able to get me into a lease with the mileage I needed and a price I couldn’t beat. I came back two days later with my husband and signed the paperwork. I’m now the owner of a Honda Prologue and I am loving it! There was a small hiccup that was dealt with efficiently and swiftly. I appreciated their effort in making it right and putting the customer first. Everyone from the business side to the sales were a pleasure to work with. I may be a Honda driver for life now. Thank you to Frank for being a great salesman. He was never pushy and it felt more like friends chatting than the normal interaction I’ve had at car dealerships. I highly recommend Frank as your go to salesman when looking for a Honda vehicle. I have already shared with people that this is the dealership to go to! So the only question left is…”Who’s next?” More

Service was good. They fixed the issue with the car promptly. Only thing which i didn’t like was the cleanliness of the new car.
