I want to thank Tom Propersi for how well I was treated in my recent vehicle purchase in addition to the great follow up he has provided me. Tom is one of the best salespersons I have worked with in several areas of business based upon showing me his product knowledge, patience, communication, but most of all his active listening skills. I was pretty clear on what product I was interested in, why I was interested in it, and that I would like to test drive the vehicle. Tom stayed focused on my stated interests and needs which clearly showed that he had been listening. Tom’s product knowledge was outstanding not only in his introduction of the vehicle, but right through the delivery process. Tom communicated to me how the vehicle met my stated needs.
