The facility was very accomodating, coffee bar, snacks…made you feel right at home! The sales manager was unpleasant to work with. We wrote a check for the total sale price and didn’t have to deal with the financing dept but still spent over an hour processing the paperwork. Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was pretty clear on what product I was interested in, why I was interested in it, and that I would like to test drive the vehicle. Tom stayed focused on my stated interests and needs which clearly showed that he had been listening.
