The facility was very accomodating, coffee bar, snacks…made you feel right at home! The sales manager was unpleasant to work with. We were told we would get the first 3 oil changes free and tha snacks…made you feel right at home! The sales manager was unpleasant to work with. We were told we would get the first 3 oil changes free and that was not the case. Never over promise! We were practically forced to purchase the extended warranty. We wrote a check for the total sale price and didn’t have to deal with the financing dept but still spent over an hour processing the paperwork. I guess when a transaction that typically takes 15 min takes over an hour you need to make your customers feel at home…. More
