Perfection our experience started with a recall notice on a used car we had purchased from a private person. The service from the initial phone call to the drop our experience started with a recall notice on a used car we had purchased from a private person. The service from the initial phone call to the dropping off of the vehicle to on site car rental was seamless. everything that was quoted to me that was going to happen ,happened. Mike vieira the mechanic was terrific. Adam the service centercoordinator kept me informed and updated On other issues that were identified with the vechicle with the usually 12 point inspection. Now the best part... the rental we were given was a brand new ford F 150stx. Gorgeous. we were completely depressed when we had to pick up our old truck. So we made our way to the sales side of Tasca. Enter Walter Marsh. I have meet many salespeople in my life. Walter was much more then that. He was informed, not pushy, personable, listened and delivered on all aspects of our purchase. Not only that ...these things take time...it was the last day of the month, the end of the day and to boot we had a 5 year old with us.. He kept us kept us laughing and entertained while completing his job. The financial guy Andrew was awesome and educated us on all rebates, options and financial aspects of the transaction. My husband had been up since 3am working and was tired and hungry. We walked out of Tasca at 8:30pm at night with our new Ford F-150. The Tasca team is awesome.
