One area I would like to see an improvement in is the time customers are required to wait in between offers. In some cases the sales manager made us wait 20-30 minutes before pricing was provided. This is not ideal for customers who are on a tight schedule. Other than that we are happy with our experience and likely to return for future purchases. More
