Fixed an issue that's wasn't even theirs! Long story, but I bought one year old used car 7 weeks ago from another location, and was having radio/electrical problems with it ever since. After 6 service trips to two different locations, it was finally determined that the problem was not fixable at this time. Even though it wasn't their fault, both Phil Hadfield and Eric Lima were able to get me into a 2017 Murano SV as if I never even bought the previous vehicle. They were very patient with me, and were very understanding with my issue of not wanting to get burnt on a vehicle that never worked right. I am very happy with the car, and the way I was treated at Tasca Cranston. I would work with them again, and would recommend them to anyone. More
