The process was smooth for the most part. I came looking at different options and decided on one. It was not easy to talk them into a reasonable rate. At the end of the day they still got me on a warranty that I know I don't need. because of that I ended up spending WAY over budget. The warranty is decent though and I do have peace of mind even if the warranty cost way more then it needed to be. Hence the 4 Stars. Everyone was very nice though. They treated me with respect, which I appreciate being a woman. More
