I went to this dealership to have my Kia Rondo serviced. While I was waiting I decided to look at new cars, having no intentions on buying a new car. I was greeted by Anas Lazaar and we started talking. Her was extremely friendly, curteous and knowledgeable about the KIA automobiles. As I was looking, Anas asked me if I wanted to test drive the 2011 Sorento that I was looking at. I was reluctant, as I really did not plan on purchasing a new car, but went for a test drive anyway. I was impressed with the vehicle and with Anas as he pointed out the various options, gas mileage and warranties the Sorento came with. I decided to purchase the 2011 KIA Sorrento and was happy with the professional attitude and experience which I received from Anas. More

I went to Orlando Kia On Saturday and I was having problems with my pervious car, and when I walked in I was greater by Anas and he could tell I was a little stressed and he was very good at making me problems with my pervious car, and when I walked in I was greater by Anas and he could tell I was a little stressed and he was very good at making me feel welcome. He stuck by me and got me into a nice Kia Forte, very happy that I decided to stop into Orlando Kia on that day. :) More

The first time I went to the dealer I was so scared, I has never bought a car on my own. The 1st person that came up to me was Anas, very nice young man! He asked me what I was looking for & then we walke has never bought a car on my own. The 1st person that came up to me was Anas, very nice young man! He asked me what I was looking for & then we walked around the dealer & and he showed me everything you can think of. Then we went inside & he introduced me to Juan, an amzing man. That same day I tried one of their cars in the lot & they let me take it home to make sure it was the car that I wanted & to show it to my daughters. When I took it back I wanted to try another car & I tried the Sorento I loved the car!!!! I took it home with that day. When we started talking about numbers, they NEVER made me feel like I had to buy it. On the other hand they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the payment. They worked MAGIC with me. If you are looking for a car, I can honestly tell you that you shouldnt go anywhere else than this dealer. A couple of weeks after I bought the car I stopped by to say hi and when they saw me, thay stopped doing what they were doing & came up to me to say Hi & to make sure everything was going well.
