The used car section of this dealship was very dishonest about the condition of the car and the work they put into it. They were willing to risk my safety and cost me thousands in repairs just so they could about the condition of the car and the work they put into it. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Subaru of Gwinnett. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them and it has always been a very professional and pleasant experience. I have to say that my sales consultant Ana Jones was spectacular and went above and beyond with her service and patience. We started texting only initially and she answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She was not only a terrific salesperson but a nice person as well. Do yourself a favor and the next time you are in the market for a vehicle specifically a Subaru, go to Subaru of Gwinnett and ask for Ana, you will not be disappointed. A shout out to Lance (Finance Manager) who got me in and out with my new vehicle in under an 30 minutes. Wonderful experience!!! More
