I’m a devoted parent to three wonderful daughters and two adorable boy puppies who keep life full of love and laughter. The used car section of this dealship was very dishonest about the condition of the car and the work they put into it. They were willing to risk my safety and cost me thousands in repairs just so they could about the condition of the car and the work they put into it. I was buying this car and I found few scratches and the delear manager told me they could not anything about this but can do some detailing.. the representative did not explain about the car fractures . I can't say enough good things about my experience at Subaru of Gwinnett. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them and it has always been a very professional and pleasant experience. I have to say that my sales consultant Ana Jones was spectacular and went above and beyond with her service and patience. We started texting only initially and she answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She was not only a terrific salesperson but a nice person as well. Do yourself a favor and the next time you are in the market for a vehicle specifically a Subaru, go to Subaru of Gwinnett and ask for Ana, you will not be disappointed. A shout out to Lance (Finance Manager) who got me in and out with my new vehicle in under an 30 minutes. Wonderful experience!!! More

Everyone was very helpful in helping us choose the right car for us. I am going to be completely honest I don’t normally leave reviews. But one needs to be left. Ms. Ana Jones is beyond AMAZING!! She literally is the only salesperson who texted like I requested on forms. She reviews. But one needs to be left. Ms. Ana Jones is beyond AMAZING!! She literally is the only salesperson who texted like I requested on forms. She answered all my questions, got the price down to the area I wanted. Was never pushy. I should mention I had some health issues going on personally, along with my mother-in-law, and life in general. The whole time she was there checking in, asking what she could do to make it easier for me. When I finally got to the dealership (this place is a few hours north of where I live). She had everything in order and ready to go. When I had to step away to take a phone call, she literally was like please no rush. She isn’t your typical car salesperson. She made you feel like family. I will say I have been to a few dealerships and messaged a ton of others. And I’d do this process all over again with only her. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough Ms. Ana but THANK YOU!! Ms. Julie - THANK YOU!! For helping with all my questions, having an answer ready. For giving me pointers, for checking in.
