I am going to be completely honest I don’t normally leave reviews. But one needs to be left. Ms. Ana Jones is beyond AMAZING!! She literally is the only salesperson who texted like I requested on forms. She reviews. But one needs to be left. Ms. Ana Jones is beyond AMAZING!! She literally is the only salesperson who texted like I requested on forms. She answered all my questions, got the price down to the area I wanted. Was never pushy. I should mention I had some health issues going on personally, along with my mother-in-law, and life in general. The whole time she was there checking in, asking what she could do to make it easier for me. When I finally got to the dealership (this place is a few hours north of where I live). She had everything in order and ready to go. When I had to step away to take a phone call, she literally was like please no rush. She isn’t your typical car salesperson. She made you feel like family. I will say I have been to a few dealerships and messaged a ton of others. And I’d do this process all over again with only her. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough Ms. Ana but THANK YOU!! Ms. Julie - THANK YOU!! For helping with all my questions, having an answer ready. For giving me pointers, for checking in. I cannot thank you both enough!! More
