The salesperson was nice to work with, but it took way too long because of some paperwork stuff they didn't have organized (I spent 7 hours there). I might have ended up with a higher trim and vehicle I liked more had I gone somewhere else where they took the time to show me my options in a way I could actually compare. More

My husband and I went in just to do some preliminary shopping, and the questions she asked us about what our needs were led to a conversation that totally shifted our perspective on what that was - and not in a high pressure sort of way. She genuinely wanted to be sure that we knew what we wanted before we started seriously looking. We thought we wanted EV, but came to realize that it wasn't the right choice for us, and so we went hybrid instead. Obviously EV is more expensive than hybrid, so you can take from that that Amy is about putting you in the car that is right for YOU - not the car that is good for HER. You're in great hands if you visit Destination Kia and ask for Amy! P.S. Our "preliminary" visit ended with us driving our new Niro home! :) More
