He was very understanding of our needs and he took the time to listen to us and provide my fiance and I with solutions for our car needs. The way all of the associates at Destination Kia treats their clients is top notch. My 2 year old son was getting a little restless(as they do) after a couple of hours at the dealership, but Amy Pogorzelski was super sweet and took the time to make sure he was happy and taken care of as well. Amy was FANTASTIC. So knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. My husband and I went in just to do some preliminary shopping, and the questions she asked us about what our needs were led to a conversation that totally shifted our perspective on what that was - and not in a high pressure sort of way. She genuinely wanted to be sure that we knew what we wanted before we started seriously looking. We thought we wanted EV, but came to realize that it wasn't the right choice for us, and so we went hybrid instead. Obviously EV is more expensive than hybrid, so you can take from that that Amy is about putting you in the car that is right for YOU - not the car that is good for HER. You're in great hands if you visit Destination Kia and ask for Amy! P.S. Our "preliminary" visit ended with us driving our new Niro home! :) More
