As always my Service Advisor Amie Marshall did an excellent job of listening to my considers pertaining a rattle in exhaust. She even correctly diagnosed the cause of the problem over the phone. She set up an appointment date and time that was convenient for me. I alway trust her judgement and advice when it comes to the care of both of my BMWs(2011 Z4 & 2018 430i). For my future cars, BMW of Fort Washington is my Dealership, Ed Fallon is my salesman and Amie Marshall is my Service Advisor. BMW of Fort Washington should be proud that they have a dynamic duel in Amie Marshall and Ed Fallon. I also had the opportunity to talk with Ben Ammar(Operations Administrator Manager), Melany Del Toro(Service Associate) and a lovely cashier(unfortunately I forgot her name) who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer of BMW of Fort Washington.
