This story starts out with a recall, schedule maintence that could have turned into a disaster but McDonald made it right and then went above and beyond. The recall was on brake lines and they handled everything like pros but there was a gasket that broke during install that in turn was allowing brake fluid to leak. My wife and nephews were on their way to school when the warning light for Low Brake Pressure came on. My wife was able to get to a safe place and the dealer made sure to get us a tow truck and Lyft to the dealer. They were able to fix the issue in a very short time. In turn we ended up trading that Tacoma in for a new used Tundra and Scott the GM and his team made sure we were taken care of and then some. I want to give a shout out to all involved, Scott, Edwin and Chad in Sales and then in Service Nicholas and Amanda as well. Lastly I also want to thank Brandon and Phil in parts with getting me set up with a bed cover. Thank you all for your help and you guys rock. More
