I have had nothing but issues with my steering since my tires were rotated. They have tried fixing the issue twice to no avail. They are recommending new tires when mine still have several thousand miles o tires were rotated. They have tried fixing the issue twice to no avail. They are recommending new tires when mine still have several thousand miles of life left on them. The advisor was kind. However, every time I roll into the garage, it takes several minutes for anyone to acknowledge customers. I have encountered this several times and have watched them do it to others. Things have changed since Erlich sold to McDonald. More

Amanda was good to work with. I was disappointed that the temperature problem was not resolved. I will monitor the ambient temp reading for another week and contact McDonald if it I was disappointed that the temperature problem was not resolved. We brought our 21 Sienna in for an oil change and a diagnostic for a popping sound in the front end. The mechanic stated that the popping sound could not be duplicated. I called in to speak with Amanda diagnostic for a popping sound in the front end. The mechanic stated that the popping sound could not be duplicated. I called in to speak with Amanda and asked if I could do a test drive with the mechanic to duplicate the sound. As soon as they pulled the van into the service drive it popped loud. We were then able to duplicate the sound numerous times in front of multiple staff and the mechanic. My husband who was a mechanic in the military said it was probably a CV joint or the axel. Mechanic said it was the brakes slipping. Even though the mechanic had already passed the brakes on the multipoint inspection. We agreed for them to keep it overnight and "try a few things". After getting no phone calls the next day I called in and talked with Amanda. She stated that the mechanic tried the brake shims, but it didn't work. Then he found there was play in the front right axel (which he had also passed upon the initial inspection) and is now ordering parts. They told us to take our van home until parts got in early the next week. That was July 9th. It is now more than a week later, and we still haven't heard from them. Plus, the popping is getting a lot worse. More
