I cannot believe I was charged 320 and the problem was just the battery needed replacing that’s why I had intermittent starting issues. Shame on them for not testing the battery first. The dealership was dishonest in how they sold the extended maintenance plan when we bought out 2023 Sonata. We found out very surprisingly that they were only "free" as it was put to us up through a extended maintenance plan when we bought out 2023 Sonata. We found out very surprisingly that they were only "free" as it was put to us up through a certain amount of miles. Had we known this we would never have agreed to the charge. I really want others to be aware of this when they buy from Mastrovito. We're disappointed with feeling scammed. More
