Post-sale service is a critical factor in customer satisfaction, and my recent experience at Mastrovito Hyundai exemplifies this. Luke's exceptional support was instrumental in facilitating the purch satisfaction, and my recent experience at Mastrovito Hyundai exemplifies this. Luke's exceptional support was instrumental in facilitating the purchase and installation of running boards for my 2024 Santa Fe, a decision made spontaneously during a routine oil change. Throughout the installation process, Luke provided timely updates. The comfortable waiting area, equipped with amenities such as coffee and television, further enhanced my experience. The sales team's proactive and unobtrusive approach was also noteworthy, a stark contrast to experiences at other dealerships. The professionalism displayed by Luke, the sales staff, and the service team makes Mastrovito Hyundai the preferred choice for automotive services. Thank you! More

I had an issue with my lifetime oil change that I got when I bought my car from lithia. I never had an issue with the free oil change until this service appt. They said that they wouldn’t honor it until when I bought my car from lithia. I never had an issue with the free oil change until this service appt. They said that they wouldn’t honor it until I have the actual contract to prove it. I never had to show it before. So I was charged 101.00 for an oil change. I had to go to the Lithia dealership around the corner to get my contract then they would refund my money. I really felt like they were accusing me of lying because they were so shocked when I came back and they had to give me a refund. I really considered never coming back but I don’t want to waste my free oil changes. More
