They were not good with communication. I was left guessing what was happening much of the time. Anytime I called I was sent to a voicemail. When I actually got to talk to someone I always I was left guessing what was happening much of the time. Anytime I called I was sent to a voicemail. When I actually got to talk to someone I always felt rushed. They had my vehicle for 9 days just to replace the stereo. They said that my bumper to bumper warranty didn't cover any of my repairs. Why do I pay for it then? I had a much better experience when it was Eau Claire Auto Group rather than now it is One Automotive Group. More

My wife brought her car in for a recall. I told her to ask them if they could just check the oil to make sure it wasn’t low as it has been in the past. She’s not able to check it herself as I told her to ask them if they could just check the oil to make sure it wasn’t low as it has been in the past. She’s not able to check it herself as she’s pregnant. They told her absolutely not unless she was paying for something. Keep in mind we had EC Jeep put in a brand new transmission in that same vehicle in the past. I’d say we paid our dues for good service. Also, we paid good money to have the brakes done at EC Jeep a few months back. We’ve asked multiple times for them to check them as they’ve squeaked since the day she left the lot. The most recent time she asked the male service advisor responded with “well that’s just cars for ya”. No professionally installed brakes should squeak within months of them being installed and these squeaked from day 1. To which we asked about right away by the way. I’m not usually one to write these reviews but what a terrible experience. I have more to say too but my fingers are getting tired from typing all of this. More
