The dealership has continued to improve its service over the last two years. It has gone from being almost nonexistent and extremely difficult to contact and receive interaction with, to now being prompt an the last two years. I drop off my vehicle the night before the service was to be done. I was told the recall update could take between 2-6 hours. It was completed in 2 hours. Brought my F150 in for 2 recalls which called for software updates. Came in an hour earlier than my appointment because of another commitment. They got me in, paid for an Uber and had my truck ready software updates. Came in an hour earlier than my appointment because of another commitment.
