In Sept 2022 I purchased a certified preowned NX300 from this dealership. Car fax was clean and despite a few leather burns I was happy with my purchase. That was until I took the vehicle back a few days later to repair the cigarette burns and they DID NOT fix them. They just put some black putty on two of the holes and left the rest as is. They did not even mention why the repairs were left incomplete when I picked up the car. Then this past weekend I got the windows tinted and boy was I in for a huge surprise!! Front windshield has multiple scratches, passenger side door was crashed and repaired. The vehicle has plenty of evidence of being in an accident that any seasoned technician should have caught the damage, even if the CARFAX says the VIN is clean. This is south Florida and we have many scam artists out there, just like this dealership. Unfortunately I am not a technician and did not know but I do now! Never again will I buy a vehicle from this dealership. I will be sure to spread the word and make sure everyone knows what to expect when visiting this place. $37k down the drain because this dealership is incapable of doing their due diligence on trade ins. Crazy how a guy who tints windows can perform a better inspection than a ASE certified auto technician.

Shocking update. Sales manager Sean Kamal called me directly screaming the F** word and threatening to “ruin my life” and “hunt me down” if I didn’t take down this review. Police and lawyers are now involved. This guy threatened my life. This is not how you run a business or treat customers. Also a local auto body shop confirmed the $112k Porsche 911 they sold me with a “clean car fax” had the front and rear bumper recently repainted and front passenger fender had a major impact accident. None of this was disclosed.
