Please look at Inv#FOCS220671 miles on truck is 35,735. needed $10,000 recommended work. We had the works done meaning oil change tire rotation and check all fluids. The only thing that was done was the oil change and they did not reset the oil life and they didn't check the air in the tires they were all different. The tire rotation was not completed either. They claimed we needed spark plugs for $468.24 and they claimed our valve cover gasket was leaking that would cost $696.50. This was on a truck that has 35,735 miles. The Villages of Hillside and Berkeley will have to reconsider where they purchase and service their vehicles elsewhere. More

They were able to look into the thumping noise I was hearing.
