After having a emergency overheating, Family member recommended, Called and spoke with advisor scheduler Shanisa Walker was able to get me in the following day, wonderful I was visiting my mom from Chi recommended, Called and spoke with advisor scheduler Shanisa Walker was able to get me in the following day, wonderful I was visiting my mom from Chicago, our service advisor Brian Thompson was very helpful and focused on getting our Vehicle checked immediately and was very professional and addressed my husband and my concerns, with reassurance, everything will be checked completely before driving back to Chicago, and weather conditions were getting worse in Virginia and Chicago. The issue was taken care of and affordable thank God. We made it back home to Chicago terrible weather conditions. Two days after getting vehicle began overheating again. Called Brian he assured the service is warrantied for 2 years and unlimited mileage take vehicle to a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership near my home service would be warrantied. That was a relief my vehicle was towed to South Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership, 7340 S. Western, Chicago,Il, awaiting results and feel very good about the service department after speaking with Larry service manager. I'm very pleased with this dealership service department, VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! More
