The folks here are absolutely amazing! The managers Alex and Joey really went above and beyond for me. For starters, all the other dealerships gave me false promises and one was downright The managers Alex and Joey really went above and beyond for me. For starters, all the other dealerships gave me false promises and one was downright rude to me (told me she didn’t care about my situation). As soon as I came to the service department, they took my car right back and kept me updated on the progress. Even reminded me that my state inspection was overdue and said they could take care of it. Less than two hours later, my car was fixed and they only charged me for the state inspection! They apologized for the poor treatment I received from the other dealerships and that’s why they decided to take care of the cost my car. They didn't have to do that, but that’s exactly why we will go past the dealership that’s five minutes away and go to this one that’s 20 minutes away! More
