I had high hopes that this would be a good dealership experience, especially considering all the good reviews, but unfortunately it was a horrible bait-and-switch. We came from out of state to buy a van experience, especially considering all the good reviews, but unfortunately it was a horrible bait-and-switch. We came from out of state to buy a van and put down a nonrefundable deposit to hold it until we got there; however, when we showed up, Alex, the salesperson, pulled out a completely different van than the one we were expecting. He said it was the same, but it had a different VIN and different mileage. Also, it was a total piece with chipping paint and rust everywhere. We obviously would not have travelled out for that van. We later found out they had sold the one we were expecting the day before. Corey, the sales manager, was then really pushy about selling us the van anyway. They reluctantly agreed to refund the deposit we put down, but would not agree to cover any of the flights or hotels--we spent about $1,000 total on the cheapest ones we could find. It ended up being the biggest waste of time and money. I would not recommend this dealership at all. More

Diamond Buick GMC in Alexandria Minnesota took an unfortunate experience and turned it into a good experience.
