Inflated the cost of a vehicle by triple, hid it from me by talking about my hubby whom recently died. Crooks! They use Santander bank, it's out of state. Therefore they are able to break laws they would otherwise not be allowed. The only way to stop it is to contact atty general. They do it to unsuspecting ppl like me. I thought it was against all law to lie to a consumer and inflate a product how dare they! Shame on you to all Broward dealers who are participating in making a couple dollars while ruining another persons financial health More

I spent two thousand dollars on a simple issue just for them to fix everything but the issue they claim they changed spark plugs but now my car misfires worse than ever said they gave me the safety value w them to fix everything but the issue they claim they changed spark plugs but now my car misfires worse than ever said they gave me the safety value where my car won’t be in danger of driving yet it cuts off in the middle of the road. I just don’t understand what was fixed but felt like robbery thought i was dealing with professionals by going to the dealership. More

After getting all of the numbers worked out ahead of time, and purchasing flights to get to Ft Lauderdale, I learned that the dealer neglected to tell me that there was an additional $750 fee for the CP time, and purchasing flights to get to Ft Lauderdale, I learned that the dealer neglected to tell me that there was an additional $750 fee for the CPO CERTIFICATION. The vehicle was listed as a CPO vehicle on their website. There should have been no additional fee. I also believe I was bait and switched by this dealer. I originally called about a grey 2023 murano. They sent me the documentation about a white 2023 murano (on “accident”). I liked the white murano, so we worked up the numbers, with the agreement that the grey one would still be available for me to purchase, should I change my mind upon flying to Ft Lauderdale. We got to the dealer and were told the grey one had sold, leaving me feeling stuck with the white one, which I had not called about in the first place. We went ahead and purchased the white one, and now see the same grey one (over 2 weeks later) still listed for sale on their website. I feel disgusted and taken advantage of by this dealership. Vehicle was sold without being properly inspected and serviced. 2 recalls and without preventive maintenance i.e oil change and brake fluid flush. Top off fluids. Possibly an isolated incident. Chain b serviced. 2 recalls and without preventive maintenance i.e oil change and brake fluid flush. Top off fluids. Possibly an isolated incident. Chain broke between sales and service department. Sale staff was made aware along with the GM. An Appointment was made for the next day. I arrived at the dealership at 0730. Service Manager instead of immediately remediate the issues. Held the car at a bay without being worked/assigning a tech from 0730 to 1130. Then sent someone to tell me that the vehicle will not be ready until the next day because its a 5 hour job. They lost 3 hours without assigning it to a tech. It should be noted that the GM had previously instructed him the day before to take care of the vehicle/issues upon arrival at the dealership. Service Manager failed to do so then argued when I pointed out the lack of customer service and unwillingness to remedy the issue. I decided to stay on site while the vehicle was being worked on. Loss trust that the job will be performed without involving upper management. which I did. Service Assistant Manager Craig did keep me informed. He was professional, respectful and showed care. The dealership has a new GM, who showed interest and took responsibility. He definitely was key in getting the service performed. Also Gino and Alex were of great help and assistance during sale and repairs. Other staff were friendly and some took the time to check on me. Dealership waiting area is clean and offers coffee and water. Hopefully this was an unusual situation. More
