My family was driving to Ft. Lauderdale from North Carolina. While on the way, we experienced engine trouble and brought our vehicle in for service. Ed assisted us and was very p Lauderdale from North Carolina. While on the way, we experienced engine trouble and brought our vehicle in for service. Ed assisted us and was very professional. He also arranged a shuttle for us to catch our cruise ship a few blocks from the dealership. When we got back, they sent a shuttle to bring us back to pick up our vehicle. Ed explained what was wrong and the service department repaired the problem. I was very satisfied with the professional courtesy and the quality of service, The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I would go back there again when I visit Florida in the near future.
