I absolutely love having to bring my vehicle in every 2 years to replace the same part and a bonus is it's right after the warranty ran out so I can pay you 250 bucks to tell me it'll be 2500 to replace a years to replace the same part and a bonus is it's right after the warranty ran out so I can pay you 250 bucks to tell me it'll be 2500 to replace a part I got online for 150. You make a xxxx product and have for years I'll never do business with dodge/Chrysler again! More

First visit Brought my car in for simple service repair December 12 to make sure car would be okay for the new year. Decided to go to dealership because they specialize in there own vehicles. My che repair December 12 to make sure car would be okay for the new year. Decided to go to dealership because they specialize in there own vehicles. My check engine light was on and auto start light on but it was still running fine no issue. Came to dealership to clear item list spent close to $5000 repairing engine, fuel pump, differential fluid service, replaced oil filter adapter. Got my car back and literally 10-15min later autostart light comes back on. Did they even test drive the car Even a couple of miles ? make it home and now my car engine sound louder then ever. The dealership has professional license mechanics even my daughter heard that the engine was louder then usual. Have to bring the car back in. Service individual Alex was good said he would check it no issue there. Just disappointed because I value my time and theres. More

Second visit Bring the car back due to the loud noise, and the autostart light still on. I pop the hood and even the service individual can pin point out that this does not sound right and look at the tensioner and sees that it loose and rocking. Mind you this was never even an issue the first time I bought the car in nor when they did there inspection did it indicate that it was an issue my first visit. So something was either touch, manipulated with or something not sure trying not to speculate. Auto start light still on so that mean they probably just push reset button maybe not sure. I am not the professional mechanic. Furthermore, now I am told I need to replaced my tensioner, and serpentine belt. In addition, my autostart light being on may be due to the second battery needing to be replaced which is housed underneath the passenger or driver seat needs. Okay no problem i just want my family car to be in good shape so I have no issue. So that roughly another 500+. I believe I picked up my car on a Wednesday or Thursday car was driving fine... then Saturday night heading home with my family in the car engine light goes on, auto start light go on. The car doesn't feel the same, it night time and all I am hoping for is to just make it home. Can you imagine getting stuck on the side of the road 9pm at night children wife in the car. What going on I just picked up my car WEDNESDAY. So now the dealership is putting my family in jeopardy, and can be liable. Either way make it home that night. The next morning Sunday large oil spot on my driveway. Mind you I never had a oil leak on the vehicle ever to this magnitude until it was pointed by the mechanic on my first visit there was a small tiny leak which they supposedly fixed. Never had any oil stain on my driveway. I waited until Monday to call the service center and bringing my car back in again for the 3rd time. Like I mentioned before I value my time and money. But now my family was at risk, anything could have happen. So now I have to rent another vehicle because this is the family car, which I did ask if they can provide vehicle since this is my 3rd visit but it was stated that there aren't any available. Currently Awaiting what they are going to tell me now. the frustration is building but I am trying to remain complacent More

I purchased my car here new in 2019. I wanted a better jeep dealership. I have had good & bad experiences when returning to this service center. This time was all good, finally! Alexande I wanted a better jeep dealership. I have had good & bad experiences when returning to this service center. This time was all good, finally! Alexander was amazing. He listened and addressed my concerns. He was genuinely helpful and also made sure there was an issue needing addressed I didn't know about. He was thoughtful to make sure my repairs were properly completed and covered by the warranty I purchased. He didn't push fake repairs on me, and yes that happened here in the past with previous advisors. Alexander was truthful, helpful and honest. My repair took a long time to complete but that was expected because Alexander told me up front and kept in contact with me the whole way. I was thankful for that. Alexander is exactly what this dealership needs. An honest fair person you feel comfortable with. That's what makes customers come back when it's time to buy a new car. I have to trust the dealership can take care of the car I bought. And that's what Alexander did. Please reconize him for representing the Jeep brand and your business with exceptional care and professionalism. If he's here when I need to return I won't have to worry again. More

Truck is definitely running horrible, stutters and feels like it's going to stale out. They said since nothing shows up on computer, they can't help me. I'm taking my truck to another dealership to help res like it's going to stale out. They said since nothing shows up on computer, they can't help me. I'm taking my truck to another dealership to help resolve the issue. I also ordered a block heater. Nobody was at parts counter and I went through 3 different people to finally get my block heater ordered. This is after waiting at parts counter for almost 20mins. More
