Our salesperson went out of their way to send a video giving me a first-person perspective of the vehicle. We did not live the local area and could not just drop by the dealership to look at it. To me this made the experience more personal! Overall, this was a great experience and will recommend to anyone in my small town to head to Grand Prairie Ford for the best deal possible.

There is a missing piece on the drivers side mirror which can not be replaced unless you replace the whole mirror I pointed this out before my purchase and was told I could probably find it online and you can't
I took the car to Landers Toyota body shop and was given an estimate for $2,000.00 and some change. There are locks on all wheels in place of lug bolts no key was provided I aldo pointed this out. I have found a wheel shop where I can purchase one for $75.00 plus tax. I was provided a car fax which stated there was no accidents, however on the driver's side upon examination the car has been painted with over spray underneath the fender wall which this is probably what happened to the mirror mirror. One of your staff members sent me an ugly text message regarding my rating which I did not understand and I really did not appreciate that at all. I am thinking about trying to find the owner of Grand Prairie Ford to explain my bad experience with my purchase. So if I could re- rate the people with a full understanding of the stars I will I thought the highest rating was toward the last star.
