August of 2022 I had a great experience with Alan "Superman" Richardson - a very nice and helpful guy. After the initial deal was done and I purchased a new car, I could have rated the experience a 4/5 stars. Unfortunately, the financial services experience was terrible - a guy named Johnny Nuzzo heavily discouraged me from reading any fine print, mocking me when I had questions about car payments. He overly-aggressively tried to sell me add-ons, berating me, nearly coming across his desk in an attempt to intimidate me. At one point he called me the dumbest person he's met all year for not getting additional service packages, and he mocked me again when I asked for some pamphlets explaining what he had poorly scribbled across the back of a sheet of paper. He may intimidate some people into purchasing more services this way, but his approach is unprofessional and reflects very badly on Toyota of Cool Springs. I just bought a different Toyota at Sunny King of Anniston Alabama, and their financial services team couldn't have been nicer. Cool Springs might call up Sunny King and learn a thing or two. More
