Chelsea was great with the communication and letting me know what was going on. My VW was in for service due to an error with the emergency call system. Unfortunately the part is on back order with no time know what was going on. My VW was in for service due to an error with the emergency call system. Explained when we would be in. The salesman took her name and number. I told him not to contact her until we had stopped in to which he agreed. He then ignored what I explained and called the next day. She will not be working with him. More
