Great experience at Grubbs! Dylan, our salesman, was attentive, knowledgeable, and a breath of fresh air. Within moments it was like talking to an old friend. We had an idea of Dylan, our salesman, was attentive, knowledgeable, and a breath of fresh air. Within moments it was like talking to an old friend. We had an idea of the car we wanted and within moments, I was sitting in the drivers seat. If you got to Grubbs, ask for Dylan! 10/10 More

!!! WARNING !!! !!! BAIT AND SWITCH !!! Don Carlton Acura was amazing, Grubb's Acura does not continue that way of doing business. After my family and myself being customers for a decade we'll never be Acura was amazing, Grubb's Acura does not continue that way of doing business. After my family and myself being customers for a decade we'll never be back I contacted Grubb's about test driving a vehicle that I saw on Cars.com and their website advertised at $23,500. After letting them know I was over an hour out they invited me to come test drive the car. We arrived and test drove the car and decided we'd like to move forward with our purchase. This is when the price sheet was presented to us with $5,928 in dealer add-ons that were not disclosed in our phone call. They advertised a good fair price, but that was never the price they were selling the vehicle for. In addition to the insulting bait and switch scam they also severely undervalued my trade in, I traded it in later that day for $28k, $5k over what they offered. When presented with the price I was no longer interested in the car and asked for my keys and to leave. The salesman grabbed their finance manager in a last ditch effort to get our business. The finance manager became confrontational and insulted us. At that point we left. The GM called but only tried to convince me that these dealer add-ons are normal and to get over it. Went to Ferguson Superstore immediately after and purchased a car for less than the price they were advertising with no dealer add-ons. More
