The salesman, Al, was great, along with the management team! The guy that filled out all the paperwork for us even went out and helped get the car cleaned up! The only down side was the time involved in t team! The guy that filled out all the paperwork for us even went out and helped get the car cleaned up! The only down side was the time involved in the final cleaning of the car. We waited about 2 hours to get the car done! In that time, our salesman, the used car manager, and the finance guy all tried to hurry the process along with minimal results! The manager was very apologetic, and we understand these things do happen, but we still think that if the car was being sold, it should have been fairly clean already! We were offered a loaner for a little while, but we thought it would not run into 2 hours. Other than that, the staff was excellent and helpful! We would buy from them again! More
