He truly cares and wants the car buying experience to be the best. I would recommend Al to anyone who was looking to buy a Toyota! He is the best! I did take a star off the dealer since the quality control for preparing my new car was not great. I had to bring it back to the service center because my tires were filled wildly differently (9 psi difference on two). This is something that should have been caught before it left the lot since the fancy dash board clearly says what the psi are. When Jenny the GM reached out about my buying experience I expressed my disappointment. She offered a gift card for my time/expense of having to return to the dealership but never found me during my appointment, left it at the service desk or mailed it. Also I found some chrome parts randomly in my glove box that clearly were not installed. Frustrating for the amount of money I spent on a brand new car. Not really wanting to bring it back to the dealer so the parts are just sitting in the plastic bag. More
