The inventory on the lot was very well maintained, you will find new and used vehicles all in superior condition. Everyone we met with from sales, management, service and finance were all extremely eager to help make this the best (and fastest!) it could be. All in all, it was the customer service experience you would hope to get from a luxury car dealership, but I left still feeling like I got a great deal on my vehicle and that I didn't have to spend more to be part of their club. Al Conkelton saved my experience with the dealership. When handling business, I'm not one to show emotions. He's demeanor stayed nice and helpful the entire time. However, the young lady that handled the When handling business, I'm not one to show emotions. He's demeanor stayed nice and helpful the entire time. However, the young lady that handled the finance portion, when I signed paperwork on the first day was nice until she saw I didnt want any perks. She text my deposit documents to hold the car to the wrong person and even after advising it was wrong I came the next day and it was still wrong. Her demeanor was very rude once she realized there wouldn't be any additional sales onto the vehicle and went silent. If I had dealt with her I would have walked out. So yes Al was great and a great addition to your team. More
