Sales representative Afto From our initial email inquiry to driving off the lot with our new car, our experience with Dallas Lease Returns was great! Sales representative Afton Stark provided excellent service and we highly recommend her. She quickly found an SUV that had almost all of our requirements, called us promptly to recommend it - - she has a very friendly phone voice - - and was knowledgeable about the car and the buying process. A nice touch was that a manager of DLS dropped by her office to introduce himself and visit with us personally. We would definitely return here to shop for our next vehicle! More

When I called and spoke with Afton she was not only professional but completely honest up front about everything. She gave me information on not only the vehicle I called in on but their dealership and how they're different. I was intrigued enough to come in meet her in person and the whole experience was completely different than any other I've had. The car we chose had a purchase price far below any comps we found in the state, the price we were quoted for our trade-in was great, and the dealership itself was top notch. The highlight of the experience, though, was Afton Stark. She single-handedly made this the best experience we have ever had buying a car. She was professional and polite and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I highly recommend Afton Stark and Dallas Lease Returns! More
