Rey Rodríguez is an “Excellent” Salesman! He made the impossible, possible! My mom and I, went to get our Elantra serviced. As we were waiting, I asked one of the service personnel, “Please recommend your best salesman.” He got on the phone and in an instant, the salesman appeared. His name is Rey Rodríguez. He did everything in his power to trade in our lease for a new one. That day was sad, because we went home without the new lease. The next day, I got a call from Hyundai, and they asked what time I could come in to pick up the new lease, and the payments would be much, much lower than we had anticipated. My mom and I were so excited!! We went around 4:00pm and picked up the new car. Rey can make miracles happen! He is absolutely the best salesman, and a great person. They’re lucky they have someone like him! God Bless you all!! More

They were helpful, patient, and honest. Because of them, I bought a car that I truly love. I was given several options and they worked with my budget and explained everything to where I fully understood what I was getting and paying for. No hidden fees. Stay far away from this dealer and don't buy a Genesis anywhere as their manufacturer warranty is worthless. Ever since I purchased the car from this dealer, I've experienced problems with my A/C and cool anywhere as their manufacturer warranty is worthless. Ever since I purchased the car from this dealer, I've experienced problems with my A/C and cooling seats especially after driving for 20-30 minutes or more. I've taken it to 2 other Genesis dealerships for the same issues and they always claim to fix the problems, but they haven't. Now they got the tech hotline involved who instructed this service dept. to test my car for about a week during the Florida cold spell when the daytime temperatures were in the 50s and 60s. Last Monday the final day of their "testing" the day time high was 77 but only for about an hour. I'm not sure if they tested it at that peak temp. They returned my car to me last Friday unfixed and now with a warranty that's Worthless! When the rep. from the dealer arrived at my home, I asked him not to turn off my car and then we tested it and of course the A/C was blowing hot air. I took a video with my phone as proof. After all these attempts of not correctly diagnosing the problems and now pretending like there aren't any problems, I will continue to encourage everyone and anyone NOT TO BUY A GENESIS. More
This is probably the most dismissive sales rep that I have worked with. I have been treated like a number every step of the way. I was not educated about anything up front. I spoke with the survey team and 7 out of the 8 items they ask about I was not made aware of by Donald. The only thing he would discuss with me if I was paying the cashier check. One particular interaction was very rough. I ask to review the contract and he pushed the cashier check thing again. I said I would like to review the contract first and he said oh someone will send it to you and I had to follow up with him on when that would actually be sent to me. Rey Rodriguez, took a call from me to go over feedback and he was like oh this should be for the other ray and ended the other call. Just very dismissive overall as a company and truly shocked by the service. More
They miss lead clients and don’t put notes so they can deny and play ignorance. They sold sold me car A gave me car B had to come back and waist 3 hours for them to fix the problem. They didn’t do the service prior to giving me the right car and now won’t honor the service as again no note so they can claim ignorance. Worst customer service and poor management. They also never call you back when you leave a message for sale person or manager. More
