1. Service Representative: 4 stars 2. Diagnostics: ? 3. I paid for the diagnostics and even though I showed them the receipt from online credit payment they continued to say that I had not paid!!!! The dea I paid for the diagnostics and even though I showed them the receipt from online credit payment they continued to say that I had not paid!!!! The dealership would not release my car for 2-3 days!!!!!!! Never going back More
