Horrible. Would never go back. They came out to my location and performed an oil change. Immediately after that, a noise started when I would turn the steerin Would never go back. They suggested replacing the control arms on an F250 with 30,000 miles. Really? I also asked for 30,000 mile check up listed under service on the Ford app. Here is what Ford says should happen in a 30,000 mile check up. HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR 30,000 MILES CHECKUP Replace the engine-mounted and frame-mounted fuel filters. Replace engine air filter(s). Fuel and water separator. Drain if necessary or if indicated by the information display. Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake linings, hoses and parking brake. Inspect engine and secondary cooling system coolant concentration, freeze-point protection, additive, corrosion inhibitor, strength, coolant level, and hoses. Add coolant additive if necessary. Inspect exhaust system and heat shields. Inspect front axle and U-joints. Lubricate if equipped with grease fittings. Inspect steering linkage, ball joints, suspension, tie-rod ends, drive shaft and U-joints. Lubricate if equipped with grease fittings. Inspect the air filter restriction gauge. Replace the filter if necessary. Perform multi-point inspection. Refill the diesel exhaust fluid tank. Rotate the tires, inspect tire wear and measure tread depth. Invoice says they did a 99p multi point inspection. I have no idea what that is by looking at the tires that I marked they were not rotated. The DEF fluid was not topped off so can only assume the rest of this list was not done. All other dealers list that multi point inspection and are checked off item by item. Not here. More
