I was born in Silvis, Illinois and currently reside in Moline. I graduated form Rockridge High School on 2001. My appreciation for the automotive industry came as a young child with my family also being in the automotive industry. I began my career at Zimmerman as a lot porter in 2002, and in 2004 was promoted to an entry level technician in the service department. With years of experience as a used vehicle technician and associated training, I accepted a new position as a Service Advisor in 2012, and most recently service manager in 2021. It is my priority to ensure your vehicle is serviced accurately and timely to make your experience in Zimmerman service an excellent one. I am an avid Cubs and Bears fan who enjoys taking in a game or two when I can get away. My wife and I needed to replace our 2014 Odyssey, which we bought at Zimmerman in 2014. This is where we had it serviced for the past ten years. We connected with Matt who couldn't meet with us the day we we bought at Zimmerman in 2014. This is where we had it serviced for the past ten years. We connected with Matt who couldn't meet with us the day we wanted, so he referred us to Nathan. He showed us all the features of the Touring edition. We then discussed price and financing options. We was very professional, engaging and patient with us as senior citizens, answering all our questions. We took overnight to think about it and called the next day to say we would take it. We then met with Kyle who treated us the same and gave us good advice on different options. The transaction was finalized with a loan. Afterward, Nathan finished setting up the interior including syncing our cell phones. We believe the whole two-day process went seamlessly continuing our confidence in the Zimmerman team for the past ten years. Thank you to all as we enjoy our new Odyssey Touring. More

I took my '19 Civic there bc my warning lights came on during a driving rainstorm. Well although I had a warranty the service Mgr .said it wasnt covered so I had to pay $180and it would be an additional $ during a driving rainstorm. Well although I had a warranty the service Mgr .said it wasnt covered so I had to pay $180and it would be an additional $350 to fix it! Well I went to the General Mgr and he said mud can get on the sensors.So Iwent to get a car wash for $8s and the lights went off! Well I went back to Zimmermans told the GM and he said to give him my info and Imay be getting something in the mail. Nothing ,so basically the Service Mgr wanted me to pay $530 for a car wash!I will be getting another car soon and I will probably be looking for a Toyota bc of this experience. I depend on their expertise but I cant afford to pay $530 for car washes. More
