I’ve had two outstanding experiences at McCord’s Vancouver Toyota recently, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service. I first brought in my 2026 RAV4 Hybrid Limited for the installation of mudguards and an eyelet terminal for a Noco trickle charger. Ruben and Elijah in the Accessories department were exceptional during the planning phase. They were incredibly responsive to my voicemails and took the time to answer every technical question I had without rushing me. The installation itself was top-notch. My mechanic, James, went above and beyond by coming out to the reception area twice—first to show me my options for the eyelet placement and again to demonstrate how to use it, which was very helpful given the battery’s location in the trunk. I returned the following week for a Paint Protection Film (PPF) application. The coordination was seamless; the dealership even arranged Uber transport for my drop-off and pick-up. Though they use a local specialist for the film, the work was absolutely flawless. Ruben and Elijah were again there to assist at the desk, walking out to the vehicle with me and the specialist to do a thorough inspection of the work. The pricing was competitive with other local shops, but the peace of mind and professional support from Ruben, Elijah, and James made all the difference. If you are looking for high-quality accessory installation or paint protection, I highly recommend managing it through the team at Vancouver Toyota.

Let me start off by saying that I hate car shopping. It is one of the most stressful situations for me because I do not feel like I am in control at any point. With so many options and choices to make, it can feel overwhelming at times. That said, my experience with Damian Lillard Toyota was anything but overwhelming because it felt like I was in control from the start. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and supportive. From my first contact with Internet Sales Rep Becky to my showroom contacts Austin and Paul to Chris the Finance Rep I did not feel pressured at all during my visit. I am looking forward to many camping, sight-seeing adventures in my new 2026 Sienna XSE!

I had a very positive experience with Toyota of Portland on Broadway. I purchased a 2026 Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid XSE, mainly working with Leon Weingrod, who was friendly, professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and helpful. What I liked best was that I was able to work with Leon mainly via text. I shared info about the model and features I wanted and Leon searched for the car. He answered my questions, provided information, including pictures and specs, made offers and responded to counter offers, all quickly and via text. As a result, I saved a lot of time. When I went to pick up the car, the process went very quickly. I signed the required papers, received a request tutorial from Leon and left the dealership a happy and satisfied customer. I have purchased three cars over several years from Broadway of Toyota. I also use their service department and I highly recommend both the sales staff and the service department.

I'm disappointed that I must write this review after having an enjoyable purchase process. In fact, my family would likely have purchased a new vehicle here within 2-3 years. Unfortunately, we have been shafted by the customer satisfaction department. Picture this... We purchased a GOLD CERTIFIED 4Runner 8 months ago. 17k miles on it. We were upsold due to "upgrades" that were included with one of the used vehicles. We stretched our budget and spent 51k total. Then... A/C fails 8 months after purchase in the dead of summer. Another Toyota dealership's service department informed us that the aftermarket front winch had rubbed against the A/C line, causing a leak. We approved those repairs at a total cost of $1,200. Why am I leaving a one-star review??? Well, we received no previous disclosure that the winch was aftermarket and a possible liability. We purchased a "GOLD CERTIFIED" vehicle with 17k miles on it, obviously not expecting to have a $1,000 repair bill 8 months after purchase! Toyota's corporate offices provided an indication and some reassurance that Capitol Toyota would make this situation good. Remember... "gold... certified" used vehicle. Unfortunately, Kyle Read has communicated to us that Capitol Toyota would rather keep their fists clenched on that $1,000 pocket change than foster customer loyalty. Pretty silly!
