Beaverton Toyota is a clean, professional-looking dealership with well-trained employees. I worked with Trey Putnam, who listened to my needs, and who worked hard to get me exactly the car I wanted. Toyota is known to keep its dealer inventories lean, but Trey kept working to find the exact Camry XLE that I had specified, with almost no unwanted factory add-ons. The price I negotiated was fair, the purchase process was relatively painless, and Trey was able to handle almost all aspects of the process himself. I did have some problems getting the veterans discount Toyota was offering, because I could not get a computer ID program to work properly, but apart from that, Trey made the whole experience as transparent, understandable, and pleasant as possible. I would urge anyone purchasing a new car of any type to do some research on how to save money and avoid spending too much before you contact a dealer. There is plenty of information available online to help guide you through the process.

I had a very positive experience with Toyota of Portland on Broadway. I purchased a 2026 Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid XSE, mainly working with Leon Weingrod, who was friendly, professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and helpful. What I liked best was that I was able to work with Leon mainly via text. I shared info about the model and features I wanted and Leon searched for the car. He answered my questions, provided information, including pictures and specs, made offers and responded to counter offers, all quickly and via text. As a result, I saved a lot of time. When I went to pick up the car, the process went very quickly. I signed the required papers, received a request tutorial from Leon and left the dealership a happy and satisfied customer. I have purchased three cars over several years from Broadway of Toyota. I also use their service department and I highly recommend both the sales staff and the service department.

The best Toyota Dealership I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, the have great coffee, a comfortable waiting area, offer free shuttles or uber, have rental cars and take videos and pictures of your service. I trust them with my Toyota!

I'm disappointed that I must write this review after - MP83

I'm disappointed that I must write this review after having an enjoyable purchase process. In fact, my family would likely have purchased a new vehicle here within 2-3 years. Unfortunately, we have been shafted by the customer satisfaction department. Picture this... We purchased a GOLD CERTIFIED 4Runner 8 months ago. 17k miles on it. We were upsold due to "upgrades" that were included with one of the used vehicles. We stretched our budget and spent 51k total. Then... A/C fails 8 months after purchase in the dead of summer. Another Toyota dealership's service department informed us that the aftermarket front winch had rubbed against the A/C line, causing a leak. We approved those repairs at a total cost of $1,200. Why am I leaving a one-star review??? Well, we received no previous disclosure that the winch was aftermarket and a possible liability. We purchased a "GOLD CERTIFIED" vehicle with 17k miles on it, obviously not expecting to have a $1,000 repair bill 8 months after purchase! Toyota's corporate offices provided an indication and some reassurance that Capitol Toyota would make this situation good. Remember... "gold... certified" used vehicle. Unfortunately, Kyle Read has communicated to us that Capitol Toyota would rather keep their fists clenched on that $1,000 pocket change than foster customer loyalty. Pretty silly!
