My recent experience with Sevastian at Beaverton Toyota was the latter. He stepped in and picked up where my previous service writer had fallen short, and the difference was night and day. From the moment Sevastian took over, his communication, professionalism, and genuine concern for my experience were impeccable. Most impressive of all, he put me into a **2026 Toyota 4Runner at no charge to me** while my vehicle was being taken care of. That kind of gesture demonstrates that he understands something many people in the automotive business sometimes forget: **the vehicle may be the product, but the customer experience is the business.** As someone who has spent decades working in dealership service departments, I don't hand out compliments lightly. Not all dealership service centers are equal. There was a mistake made, oil change had to be redone after car alerted oil was low due to leakage from the cap not being sealed properly and burnt There was a mistake made, oil change had to be redone after car alerted oil was low due to leakage from the cap not being sealed properly and burnt oil smell etc. For the inconveniece of taking out two days of my time to bring it back in, and no manager had reached out as I was told. The next appt. was for recall part changeout, and service advisor Steven took care of it same day my car was in having service line manager issue a credit towards future services. It's service advisors like this that keep customers from taking business elswhere and build a dealership's reputation from good to great. Thank you More
