I recently sold my car and was in the market for a new SUV. I was shopping around for different dealers and it was important for me to speak with them beforehand since I would be coming all the way up from Eugene for the purchase. From the get go, the two associates I interacted with (Michael Scott and Michael Kasper) were knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. They were comfortable working out details over the phone, checking inventory, sending videos, giving me updated information about promotions, and all the other things that make for an overwhelmingly positive sales experience. An important factor as well was giving me the time and space to figure out the sale of my car and make a decision on whether to come in for the purchase or not without being pushy or aggressive. When I ultimately decided to make the trip to Ron Tonkin, the customer experience was excellent. We took a tour of the lot, scoped out the cars I was interested in, and took it for a test drive where I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted. After that, from negotiating to financing I never felt pressured or stressed. Michael Kasper and the sales manager Takoda were respectful of my limits as a buyer and handled the negotiations with ample amounts of sales integrity. I felt comfortable meeting in the middle and landing a deal that worked for all parties involved.
