Acura of Pleasanton is always my go to place whenever any - gbzapanta2026

Acura of Pleasanton is always my go to place whenever any of our Acura vehicles need service. It’s easy to make an appointment and the service staff are always accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. My last service advisor, Marisol Arvizu was great, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken cared of. I took my vehicle for one of the maintenance services required and I asked Marisol if she can help me figure out my car’s CarPlay feature which hasn’t been working with my mobile phone. She didn’t hesitate and immediately paired my phone with the car and got the CarPlay working in no time. She was also constantly updating me on the status of the service on my car and was very efficient at getting me out the door as soon as my car was done and I was satisfied with the service. It’s too bad this dealership is closing and looks like a new management is coming in.

Fantastic dealership at a newly built location! - genekostruba

Fantastic dealership at a newly built location! Service and cordiality is exceptional. The friendly service advisor, sales representative, and financial representative who guided me through my new car purchase were very attentive, and always ready to help. They bought my former 21 year old Honda from me after it could not be repaired due to outdated parts. They spent hours with me in my new Honda showing me all the latest electronics and features. I was very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. - An Average Joe

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.

Premier Subaru of Fremont earned every bit of this 5‑star - SILVERWRX

Premier Subaru of Fremont earned every bit of this 5‑star review. I came in for my WRX 120k service and a new clutch, and the team went above and beyond from start to finish. Their communication was constant and clear, and the walkaround videos and detailed photos made me feel fully informed at every step. What truly sets PSF apart from other dealerships is their customer service and precision. They don’t just tell you what needs attention: they show you! The work was completed flawlessly, and my Subaru drives like new again. I couldn’t be happier. Justin A.

Had a wonderful experience working with Marvin Ledesma at - Jasleen K

Had a wonderful experience working with Marvin Ledesma at Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz Fremont. From the very beginning, he was professional, transparent, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with throughout the process. What stood out most to me was that he never made the experience feel transactional or high-pressure. He took the time to walk through every detail clearly, listened carefully to my concerns, respected my perspective, and always kept the conversation honest and collaborative. Even during negotiations, he kept things lighthearted and positive, which made what can often be a stressful process feel surprisingly comfortable. Marvin also went above and beyond after the sale — taking the time to help set up the vehicle properly, walking me through features, helping with the app and connectivity setup, and even connecting me with a service advisor he personally recommended. Those thoughtful touches made the entire delivery experience feel very personal and high-end. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in creating a great experience, not just completing a sale. I’m very happy with my new GLC and truly appreciate all the effort Marvin put into making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Marvin Ledesma if you’re visiting Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz Fremont.

Victory Mazda turned a disappointing experience into a - waynerobin

Victory Mazda turned a disappointing experience into a truly positive one. After some initial inconvenience, their team took ownership, listened, and made things right for my family. I really appreciate the professionalism, follow-through, and genuine commitment to customer care. They went above and beyond to earn back our trust, and I would recommend Victory Mazda to anyone looking for a dealership that stands behind its customers.

Sales person was slick but the financing department - benw48037

Sales person was slick but the financing department messed up my contact then made to come and resign. I had an appointment and they made we wait while they sold and financed other cars to other customers. I guess I come last. Johnny in finance is a user and he'll say anything to get what he wants. I can't believe I left work early for this. What a poor experience!

I did my homework before coming to Dublin Toyota—built a - SB78

I did my homework before coming to Dublin Toyota—built a Tundra online, reviewed financing, and sent my info over expecting a professional experience. It went downhill from there. First, the salesperson wouldn't even call me; I had to chase him down to confirm my availability. When I arrived, the experience was a comedy of errors: Zero Inventory Knowledge: He immediately tried to push a used model I had no interest in, then literally wandered the lot because he didn’t know where the Tundras were parked. Bizarre Disorganization: He finally led me to a row of "new" trucks, only for me to open the door of one and find it belonged to a customer, complete with their personal belongings inside. Completely Uninformed: He couldn't answer a single basic question about the truck. I literally had to pull out my own phone and look at Toyota’s website to get answers. I knew far more than he did. No Discovery: He never asked what I needed the truck for, what my monthly budget was, what I wanted for my trade-in, or how much I wanted to put down. After test-driving a 1794 and an SR5, he completely ignored my hesitation and aggressively pushed for a deposit. When I asked for my trade-in keys back, they joked about "not holding me hostage"—a comment that instantly made me realize that’s exactly what they were doing. I am absolutely buying a Tundra 1794 (non-hybrid), but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to give a commission to a salesperson who knows nothing about the product they are selling. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership.

I bought a used explorer, 4 days later the battery went - chevyc10tony

I bought a used explorer, 4 days later the battery went bad and cost me $250. I felt upset because there's no way they tested the battery and it passed if it died 4 days later. I called and they said they wouldn't do anything to help out

Blindsided and completely duped by Winn Kia of Fremont. - Janaina A

Blindsided and completely duped by Winn Kia of Fremont. I was told the LoJack was pre-installed and could not be removed, so I had no choice but to pay for it. I’ve since learned that was false—it could have been easily removed. I’m now out $1,800 because of their misleading information. My car also has a matte finish, and no one explained how fragile and high-maintenance it is. Scratches can’t be buffed out, washes must be touchless or hand wash only, and they still won’t remove things like sap or debris. I’m left with a delicate car that cannot be properly cleaned unless I go to a specialty shop. I let the manager know about my experience, and while he has offered to talk, I don’t trust them and want everything in writing. So far, they have provided no resolution. I deeply regret buying from them and feel completely taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor—drive farther to another Kia dealership. Stay far away. This crosses the line from pushy car sales into outright misleading and deceptive sales practices.
