Acura of Pleasanton is always my go to place whenever any of our Acura vehicles need service. My last service advisor, Marisol Arvizu was great, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken cared of. I took my vehicle for one of the maintenance services required and I asked Marisol if she can help me figure out my car’s CarPlay feature which hasn’t been working with my mobile phone. She didn’t hesitate and immediately paired my phone with the car and got the CarPlay working in no time. She was also constantly updating me on the status of the service on my car and was very efficient at getting me out the door as soon as my car was done and I was satisfied with the service. It’s too bad this dealership is closing and looks like a new management is coming in. More

Great experience buying my new to me 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid. I called and talk to Farooq to see if it was still available. He not only said it was but took a video of the truck and I had it within mi Hybrid. I called and talk to Farooq to see if it was still available. He not only said it was but took a video of the truck and I had it within minutes. I called him back after seeing it. Arrived at the dealership for a test drive. Perfect truck, just what I was looking for. Negotiations were short. He gave me the out the door price, I countered. We split the difference and I bought the truck. Paperwork was fast and easy. The truck was washed and the tank was filled. I drove off a happy customer. I’d recommended Acura of Pleasanton to anyone who’s interested in a vehicle.
