Thank you for reaching out. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service that was provided and the timeliness it was provided. Nobu was very professional, very courteous, and compassionate about understanding that I needed transportation for work. He took the time to explain the process clearly, was honest with his time estimation, and took the time to keep me updated on a daily basis to let me know the status of my car which helped me to trust that the dealership was doing everything they could to move my car forward. He and his customer service is "A++" and I cannot put into words how truly grateful I am for that.
The only thing that was disappointing was not being able to have a loaner car available when not knowing how long my car would take for the week that I was without transportation. Although I know it's not required, I cannot begin to tell you how much a loaner car is of value when you have to figure out how to get to work.
Nobu made the whole process easy. I will definitely bring my car back and tell my friends about your shop. Thanks again!
