An incorrect emergency spare key inside the key fob was - Happy Customer

An incorrect emergency spare key inside the key fob was provided at time of sale on my Acura MDX (Purchased April 2026) from Weir Canyon Acura in Anaheim, CA. After discovering the error in Sept 2026, I spoke with service consultant Brando about the issue. Brando, in conjunction the the sales department, arranged for the replacement key. After some coordination with the service department and a locksmith, Brando told me to bring my car in. I elected to wait for the car and just a couple of hours later the car was repaired and the key replaced making me a very happy customer. Brando is an excellent consultant and will certainly seek his expertise in the future.

We came to the dealership to look at Raptors and I found - Anthony

We came to the dealership to look at Raptors and I found my dream truck. José Vega was my salesman. His friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and he was very honest and open about everything. The buying process was very and we never felt like he was trying to get by on us. I would highly suggest this dealership to anybody looking for a good experience of car buying which is hard to combine. They also gave us a really great deal and our interest rate was excellent as well. The sale manager Jimenez was also very friendly and accommodating. All around great experience at Sunrise Ford.

As for Jennifer and the person who worked on my truck, - pagest

As for Jennifer and the person who worked on my truck, they were excellent. The work performed was excellent. My only concerns are two things. Knight Claremont is pricey and, my truck was there for 3 days because the door latch actuator had to be ordered. Perhaps you might want to consider beefing up your parts department so you have at least one of every part to reduce the down time and once a part is used, immediately reorder it so it's restocked for the next time it's needed. So...for Jennifer and the mechanic I give FIVE STARS and for inventory management I give TWO or THREE STARS.

It’s a scam, a total scam. - 77ltar77

It’s a scam, a total scam. The prices listed on the company’s website and on Cargurus are completely inaccurate. What’s more, they don’t disclose the price either in messages or over the phone. They say they’ll only tell me the price in person when I visit the dealership. So I have to drive an hour and a half just to be told there that the car costs several thousand more than what’s listed on their own website. I asked them to promise that I could come in and buy the car at the listed price, but they said I’d only find out the price at the dealership. I tried to buy a car with delivery through the Cargurus website and sent them a formal offer, which they, of course, rejected. My advice: The only sensible option for you is to simply remove this dealership’s cars from your saved lists or keep in mind that the actual price will be 4,500 higher. Don’t waste your time on these scammers.

★★★★★ I had an outstanding experience with Moss Bros - MRMANCILLA1

★★★★★ I had an outstanding experience with Moss Bros Toyota and cannot say enough about the professionalism, patience, and commitment to excellence shown by Joel Spencer, Devin Taylor, Esteban Jimenez, and Jayson Moss. This purchase was especially important to me because it was for my daughter, who recently went through a traumatic experience after being rear-ended on her way to university. As a parent, my priority was making sure she was in a vehicle that checked all the boxes for safety, reliability, and peace of mind — while also meeting the “cool must-have” features that mattered to her. Joel Spencer, Devin Taylor, Esteban Jimenez, and Jayson Moss took the time to listen, answer questions, and work with me through the process without pressure. They understood that this was more than just buying a car; it was about making sure my daughter felt safe, confident, and excited to drive again. Their honesty, communication, and dedication made a stressful decision feel much easier. I truly appreciate the way Joel Spencer, Devin Taylor, Esteban Jimenez, and Jayson Moss handled everything from start to finish. Moss Bros Toyota earned my trust, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values customers and does business the right way.
