Overall, I had a positive experience with Aaron - Latinjewl

Overall, I had a positive experience with Aaron Automotive Group. My appointment was at 3:00 p.m., but I arrived about two hours early because I was unsure how long traffic from Los Angeles to Corona would take. The staff was very understanding and let me know the vehicle was still going through its final inspection and minor adjustments. Rather than wait, we started the paperwork, and later they suggested I go to lunch while they finished preparing the car. The staff stayed in communication and let me know when the vehicle was almost ready. The only part that could have been smoother was the final payment process. I was given three slightly different amounts, which resulted in having to void two checks. I also received a call afterward saying I might need to return for a smog check, but it turned out the smog check had already been completed. These were minor communication issues and did not change my overall experience. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and patient throughout the process. I’m happy with the vehicle and appreciate their help in getting everything completed.

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an - mcs1030

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Don’s Auto Center always comes through for my business - Derek R.

Don’s Auto Center always comes through for my business needs. They were able to get me into the cargo vans I needed to keep up with my busy season. The financing process was simple and the selection was great. I was worried that I wouldn’t qualify for more vans so soon, but they worked with me and got me business financing through one of their banks. 5 stars across the board!

How come no one picks up the phone for the Repairs and - mollybillman

How come no one picks up the phone for the Repairs and Parts department? Oh yeah, because there is only ONE worker there… On a busy Monday morning… So don’t expect to get any help any time soon. Which seems like a lie, because when I showed up there were TWO people in the office and people working on other cars…

I had a great experience at CarMax! - alicerey3

I had a great experience at CarMax! Mari was absolutely the best and went above and beyond to help me get approved for a car. She showed me vehicles that were available within my price range, answered all my questions, and worked hard to get me approved when it seemed like there was no way. I truly appreciate her patience, kindness, and dedication. Mari made what could have been a stressful experience a great one!

I had a negative experience at Ontario Volvo. - Brent A. Rancho

I had a negative experience at Ontario Volvo. They sold me the extended warranty called the Platinum Volvo warranty which is actually a 3rd party fidelity warranty. During a service they made a number of maintenance suggestions which would have totaled over 3000 dollars. One of the items was the timing belt which was covered under the contract on page two. The Volvo representative was adamant that it wasn’t not covered under the contract. I asked them to call Fidelity at which time the Fidelity rep said that it was in fact covered. I brought my car in on a Wednesday afternoon and the next next Monday, 12 days later, they called me to let me know that Fidelity wasn’t going to the repair timing belt because it wasn’t broken. They had my car for 12 days. That’s not good service. From Volvo to Fidelity they fought me through the entire process. Even after the Fidelity rep said it was covered the Volvo rep was upset that he was wrong and said, “anything to save money.” I paid over two-thousand dollars for that warranty. I didn’t buy it just to waste money. I paid for a warranty service and they did not fulfill their end of the agreement which was precisely specified in the contract. If the timing belt breaks it can destroy the entire engine. Stay away from Fidelity car warranties. The company is unethical as is Ontario Volvo. They are both fraudulent. Do not buy the Volvo platinum warranty and do not use the Ontario Volvo service. They had my car for 12 days and did not fix the issue and were implicit in selling this fraudulent warrant with the Volvo.

Purchasing my 2024 Ford F250SD at Ken Grody Ford Redlands was a smooth and enjoyable process. The team, particularly Mo Gad and Cristian Mancia, were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. I went to investigate about trading in my vehicle - nightengalesings

I went to investigate about trading in my vehicle unfortunately, when we purchased the original vehicle from Nissan, I was given some misinformation and I was given a smaller vehicle than I even anticipated so in an attempt to try and resolve the situation or rectify the situation I came in to purchase a new vehicle and trade in this old one. I dealt with a sales person who was very kind in the beginning and then as time and discussions with sales managers on duty became more nefarious. I was told multiple times that they would run both our credit, or put us together to purchase the vehicle … lie! They just continued to use his account. They repeatedly asked us to just go ahead and surrender our vehicle to Nissan, stating that “we don’t need to worry, they wouldn’t collect on the surrender”. We didn’t need to worry at all as they have people who look at these things and tell them it’s not worth it and that it would benefit my husbands credit if we surrendered instead of hurting it.. in the long run… sounded fishy to me too!! My husband and I are not those kind of people, and I was prepared to walk away. They panicked and began to “run more numbers and I was given a specific price and because the account is under my husband‘s name and is currently injured, the sales people transferred and emailed all of these papers to him. He even had the sales person from Nissan come down to our house to get him to sign the paperwork. They didn’t go over it with me, didn’t go over anything with him, no one informed him of pricing structure, cost of the vehicle, anything. Sadly, we believed them and the price we were offered, we were so wrong!! Shady things are happening at Nissan of Redlands!! We were under the impression that it would be a certain price and we got our first bill from the company that took over the financing and It was significantly higher than we were told. In all the time I’ve purchased cars I’ve never gotten counter offer letters, we’re now receiving several with counter offers stating this is how much we can offer you if you choose to take this as a counter offer. But now after reaching out to Nissan, they’re telling me oh well this is kind of what you just have to deal with. I should just get rid of them and that they do this all the time. I should also just deal with it and understand that the amount you got is the amount you’re gonna have to stick with… oh well! I have been told that I can come down and talk to the finance person. Andy if I want to. I was told several times over the last couple of days tbat the GSM, Andy and the Customers service manager would want to hear my story. As of this writing (one day later), Phil Jimenez the sales manager on the floor today said, there’s not gonna be much he can do, but I can come down to speak with Andy if I want, or the manager on duty, tomorrow. According to the current manager on duty 9/19/2026 - Phil Jimenez informed me that there’s no one above him there because the owner won’t speak to people and there’s no one else in their corporation will talk to me because they’re just a corporation (he wasnt even sure what they were named) - Nissan of Redlands Association or something. It was very difficult speaking with this individual representing Nissan because it’s painfully obvious once they had your money, they don’t give a xxxx anymore. They’ve gotten exactly what they want from us, they’ve made a sale and from that moment on you’re just a number ! PLEASE CONSUMERS BE WARY OF NISSAN OF REDLANDS AND THEIR NEFARIOUS, NO LONGER CUSTOMER CONCERNED FOCUS!! I can tell you once this car is done this will be the last time we’ll be doing business here, possibly with Nissan at all. They have made a VERY unhappy customer and I will be telling as many people as possible about the treatment we received the service we’ve received and the way that they do their customers. It is typical for a car dealership sadly but still disappointing none

Do not do business with Dutton Cadillac and the Sales - jgross717

Do not do business with Dutton Cadillac and the Sales Manager Steve Neville. I viewed a car online, and purchased a one year old Cadillac ESCALDE IQ with 400 miles that was being offered as a Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac. I am 2500 miles away from this dealership and relied on the representations and documentation made by the dealership. For this age and mileage Cadillac's CPO standard states the car should cosmetically meet the brands luxury standards, it did not. The entire rear of the car had swirl marks that required my local detail shop to correct and polish the finish for 8 hours at my expense, $500. The CPO standard states the body should be free of dents, I had a Paintless Dent Removal tech fix dents and ripples in a door sill, an A-pillar and a rear quarter panel at my expense of $300. The worst damage to the car is the running boards, the bottom of one has the covering torn from it and the other side has deep scratches running through half the length. The car was mishandled while in others procession, there are round abrasion marks from a floor jack or jack stand on the bottom of the steps indicating the vehicle was improperly lifted or supported. This damage was documented by me via email 3 days after receipt of car (when I looked under car) and 120 miles after delivery. This damage did not occur while the car was in my possession. When I discussed the damage with Steve Neville he asked what would it take to satisfy me? I said Dutton Cadillac should pay me the cost of parts and installation. Steve said he would just pay for parts, so I went to my local Cadillac dealer to get the cost. I made a request for Dutton Cadillac to pay me $646.77 and Steve Nevilles reply was after consideration he decided to decline my request for payment. A man is only as good as their word, so you draw your own conclusion. I am contacting Cadillac to complain the vehicle was represented and sold as a CPO car but in fact did not meet the standard. Luckily, after I have spent nearly $2000 to correct these defects, the car looks nearly new. Buyer's beware, there are much better places to do business.
