I leased my first Volvo in June 2023 and went in for my first service - the staff were beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. The service was thorough and they kept me updated with timings. They did not have a loaner available for me and instead got me an uber back and forth during my service appointment. The invoice had detailed notes of the couple things I pointed out and my service advisor went over them with me as well. I expected it to be a little disorganized as they are in the middle of construction but instead it was smooth, a wonderful and easy experience ! Thank you !
