The work is always done in a professional manner and they even will send you a video via text to show you and explain the work that needs to be done. Service Manager Jake Mueller is an expert in providing great customer service and strives to make sure that you are informed of every issue in a timely and proficient manner. Went in May '24 and purchased a pre-owned RAV4 Adventure. The salesperson, Jonathan Chavez, was very low pressure and helpful. There was some confusion in getting reimbursed for windshield repairs but Monica Jaramillo got it all sorted. My wife loves her RAV4 and we are happy with our experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

Bought a car on 11/2 from M&F on Coors. Curtis the sales man was amazing and very helpful until the sale was done. They agreed before purchase to take care of an issue and get emissions test done at same time. We scheduled an appointment and brought it down to Albuquerque, got a call a short time later saying the car was done. Checked on the work they said they would do and the service technician 135, Michael Meredith did a very poor, lazy job with the work he did leaving extra wires under the seat and a huge hole in the center console. The service advisor Kameron McIntyr was also very unprofessional while picking up the car saying stuff like the hole is the center console was “no big deal”. A couple days after that I get a call from Crystal, the sales manager over at the Coors M&F stating the emissions test was never preformed as agreed upon asking me to take my car all the way back to Albuquerque to take care of something they promised would be taken care of already. After a lengthy debate with Crystal they finally decided to send Curtis to meet me in Santa Fe while i was at work to get emissions test taken care of. It is now 12/12 and I am still waiting on them to send my license plate. Unprofessional, lazy, and a severe lack of communication would be the only words to explain my purchase from the Coors M&F auto. I would strongly recommend looking somewhere/ anywhere else for your next used vehicle. Curtis was the only good part about buying a car from them, everything else was and continues to be a hassle.
