I went in for a tire rotation. I also asked that the piece of material behind the backseats that keeps falling down be repaired. It looked like it only needed a few more pieces of Velcro attached to keep it from falling down. However, when I got the car back, I was told that the service department had ordered a replacement part for me. This is not what I asked for. It should’ve been a simple repair. This piece has been falling down since a month or two after I purchase the car. It always seems to take a long time to get a simple service completed. I waited an hour and a half for a simple tire rotation. this is frustrating, as I had scheduled an appointment, so that they knew I was coming in, and knew what I was coming in for.
